One way to enjoy God being with you at work: Remain in a constant state of gratitude knowing that He not only provided you with the job, but also the ability to do it and do it well.
All of your senses, your ability to reason, your logic to solve problems, your mental capacity to assess and organize, your attitude, and everything else God has given you to be good at your job are all because He has given you the ability.
This condition of the heart changes everything.
You make God big. You fellowship with Him. You praise and honor Him in your work ethic and the products of your work (Psalm 86:10-12). You allow Him to be the loving, saving, grace-giving, powerful, and ever-present Help (Psalm 46:1) that He is.
You realize no problem is too difficult. You understand that all things are possible with God (Luke 1:37). You see that He does not leave, nor forsake His own (Deuteronomy 31:6).
At the root of it all, remaining in the condition of gratitude at work drives home the reality that we would not be able to receive any of God's undeserved love and blessings in our lives without Christ's sacrifice and that our righteousness and fellowship with God would not be possible without His death, burial, and resurrection.
